Protein Shake

Isagenix has whey protein from “happy cows” in New Zealand which I think is of excellent quality.  (In general, it’s better to avoid dairy)  They also have non-dairy shakes.

If possible, go to a local health food store and ask for a recommendation for a liquid probiotic from the refrigerated section.  Alternatively, you can order these gel caps.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar is the only brand I recommend.

Psyllium Husks

As an alternative, my naturopath recently recommended ground psyllium:

Unsweetened Cranberry Juice

Trader Joe’s brand is  excellent, so if you have one nearby, that is ideal since it’s cheaper than Knudson’s, which is carried by some grocery stores, but can be a little hard to find.

You don’t have to join a gym, if you don’t want to.  These simple stretch bands can give you a great workout.
