We’re committed to delivering high-quality digital products and experiences that serve your growth and goals. The following outlines our fulfillment, delivery, and refund policies.

Digital Product Fulfillment

All of our products are delivered digitally. After your purchase, you will receive an email with access instructions, download links, or login credentials. Delivery is typically immediate, but please allow up to 15 minutes. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder—or contact us at support@donnapartow.com

Delivery Timeline

  • Self-paced digital courses, templates, and downloads are available immediately upon purchase.

  • Live workshops or events include access instructions delivered at least 24 hours prior to the start time.

  • Private consultations are booked after purchase via a scheduling link delivered by email.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds

We proudly offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a full refund—no questions asked.

To request a refund, email support@donnapartow.com with your order details, and we’ll process it promptly. Refunds are typically issued to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

For live events or coaching calls, if you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. While we do not offer refunds for missed sessions, you may reschedule or receive a credit toward a future program, depending on availability.

Coaching Programs

You may cancel within the first 14 days to receive a full refund.  After the grace period, no refunds are provided.  We also offer a performance guarantee for our book launch programs as reflected in the coaching contract.  If we fail to deliver what we promise, you may request a refund.
